Steve,
"I
am a 20 year old junior college pitcher
at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
My brother introduced me to your program,
which I started in July.
"First off, I would like to thank you for publishing such a
wonderful program.
The fall of my freshmen year I was throwing 77-79 topping
out pretty much at
80. This fall my velocity
was great, being consistently
clocked from 82- 85 and hitting
88 a couple of times!"

"After doing this program, I am convinced that my
son will have the strongest throwing arm on the team
as a freshman this coming season. The results have been
little short of astounding."

"Just wanted to tell you how successful your programs are
for me and my son. We've been doing the hitting and throwing drills
for three months now... He's a 5'4" 145 lbs 12yr old
catcher/3rd baseman. His throws have
gone up 10 mph across the corners.
"Playing
on 90' bases this fall has been an easy adjustment and, thanks
to your programs, next spring will be a blast . I highly
recommend this for any child planning on moving up to 60'/90'
baseball! He's the best player on
his team now and wants to meet you someday. Thanks
for the help!"

I realize this may sound like a pretty bold claim, so read on as I
explain fully how my baseball throwing strength & conditioning workout can
improve your baseball throwing arm and increase the velocity of your baseball
pitches
and throws. In fact, while it isn't easy to develop an awesome baseball
throwing arm, the training process for developing one is actually fairly
simple
using the proven methods I teach in this program. Let's start with what to look
for in
any baseball throwing program.
What My Program Can Do For You:
1)
Increases
Strength in the muscles and tendons involved in throwing (via throwing all 3
types of balls, particularly the overweight ball).
This higher level of strength creates tougher muscles/tendons, greatly
improving injury-resistance.
2)
Increases Strength-Endurance of the muscles and tendons involved in throwing (especially important).
Training with the 6 oz ball makes competing with the 5 oz ball
“easier,” leading to more innings pitched, more throws made from the
field.
3)
Develops Increased Arm-Speed via the under-weight ball.
Because this ball is lighter than normal, the arm “learns” to
accelerate through the throwing range of motion more quickly.
Faster arm movement translates to increased throwing velocity.
This is also known as “OVERSPEED” training.
It is indisputable that you can swing a lighter bat faster than a heavy
bat. It is the same with throwing a lighter baseball!
4)
Less Incidence of Injury. Each time you complete the program, the structures of your
throwing arm will become more conditioned and resistant to pain and
injury.
5)
An Increase in Throwing Velocity of 5-6 mph.
Gains of more than 10 mph are not unusual.
The time frame will vary for this, but you ordinarily will begin
seeing noticeable results around week six.
Steve,
Before your throwing program I was overloaded with info I had seen on
the
web, without the knowledge or experience to figure what was reasonable,
what
was false, and what was fluff.

As a result, you can count on this baseball throwing program having two
key
objectives:
1) Making sure it improves your playing performance by strengthening
your
baseball throwing arm and increasing the velocity of your baseball
pitches
and throws, and
2) Doing so safely.

You need a
tested training program that has proven results
from literally THOUSANDS of players for
increasing the
velocity of baseball & softball pitches and throws!
In three well known baseball throwing and pitching studies (there are
several
more), Dr. Coop DeRenne of the University of Hawaii proved that high
school and
college ballplayers using a simple training regime of regulation sized
baseballs
and under/over weighted balls within 15% to 20% of regulation weight
could quickly and effectively produce remarkable increases in the velocity of
their
baseball pitches and throws.

But here's what's so amazing… the under weight ball increased the
velocity
of baseball pitches the most! Take a look at the graph of the results
from
Dr. DeRenne's 1990 study of 30 high school varsity pitchers ages 16 to
18.

The study was repeated in 1994 with 45 high school (ages 16-17) and 180 college pitchers (ages 19-20) with similar improvements in the velocity
of baseball pitches.
You'll be interested to know that Tom House, former player and coach for
The
Texas Rangers and a pitching consultant to many major league stars like
Cy
Young Award winner Randy Johnson (Diamondbacks) and Mark Prior (Cubs),
is another well-known proponent of this over/under-load baseball
throwing
training method. For

Steve,
"I implemented the weighted baseball throwing program for our high
school pitchers beginning March 25. When I gunned them on May 5 the
average
gain was 3.5 mph. We've had enough success that I convinced my college
head coach to let me institute it with our college pitchers."

"in 2005, Wartburg made it to the D-3 College
World Series and we had 3 All Central Region pitchers with one of those
also making All-American."

You need step-by-step details spelled out clearly by someone who knows
how
your body works when it makes high velocity baseball pitches and throws.
I've trained and coached players of all ages and ability levels. I have coached championship baseball teams in California, Wyoming, Minnesota,
Oklahoma and Michigan. This is a step-by-step baseball throwing strength and
conditioning
workout designed to increase the velocity of your baseball pitches and
throws.
It is NOT a "how to pitch" program - there are plenty of these
out there already! My program is designed to cut
through all
the "stuff" out there to provide simple and effective information that
works.
It is short and sweet (20 pages), so you can start training and strengthening your
baseball
throwing arm quickly.
"I'm close to throwing consistently in the low 90's"
Steve,
"I have been using your
baseball throwing arm strength and speed
development
program. I'm pleased to say I've made some great improvements."

IMPORTANT NOTE #1: Weighted balls are NOT strictly required to make
excellent progress on this baseball throwing program. If you don't have access to weighted balls and would like more information about effective
alternatives to use with my program, contact me at: steve@baseballfit.com
Steve,
"I bought your [baseball] throwing velocity program last year, along
with
the three balls for my son. He was the starting shortstop on the team
from
Hawaii that went to the Little League World Series. It has worked out
great.
This year everyone that sees him throw tells me how hard he is throwing.
You
can really see it, and he threw pretty hard before. He just throws that
much
harder now. So thanks."

"No discomfort following shoulder surgery"
Steve,
I am coming off a shoulder injury and in the past 2 months have
followed
your throwing program and have yet to feel the slightest discomfort so
far
this season.
After my first start I went 6 innings with no discomfort
to my
shoulder what-so-ever and that is twice the amount of time I would have
went
anytime last year, healthy or not.

-
Give you expert advice on how to keep your Rotator Cuff healthy and
strong
-
Provide you free, fast on-line access to me for training questions and

But, before you purchase the throwing
program you must know the following…
Warning: Do NOT buy any baseball throwing program for increasing the
velocity
of your baseball pitches or throws unless it meets the following
criteria:
One: Explains to you exactly how to perform your baseball throwing
regimen.
Two: Is based on tested training methods with proven measurable results
of
increasing the velocity of baseball pitches and throws.
Three: Uses training tools that closely duplicate your baseball throwing
style to reduce the risk of injury or unwanted changes to your baseball
throwing
mechanics.
Four: Shows you how to condition and protect your Rotator Cuff.
Five: Gives you fast, FREE access to a Certified Strength and
Conditioning
Specialist.
Six: Is designed and written by a Certified Strength and Conditioning
Specialist with experience in working with baseball and softball
players.
IMPORTANT NOTE #2: This IS NOT a "How to Pitch" or "How to Throw"
instructional booklet. There are many of those on the market already. My program details a Strength & Conditioning workout designed
specifically
to improve the strengthen of softball and baseball throwing arms and the
velocity of underhand AND overhand softball and baseball pitches.
This baseball throwing program is priceless!
I get paid by the hour for private pitching lessons. You
will learn the same things I'm teaching my students. I've helped countless
players
improve their softball and baseball throwing velocity and become more
successful
on the playing field. Since there's only one of me and because I get a
kick out
of helping ball players reach their goals, I've created this program.
In summary, here's what you get:
A breakthrough baseball throwing program to improve velocity of your
softball
or baseball pitches and throws in as little as 6 weeks plus a
conditioning program
and advice on how to take care of your Rotator Cuff with free, fast
access to me
for answers to your training questions and support.

Start increasing the velocity of your
baseball pitches and throws right away. Get the best results with your
own
under, over and regulation weight and regulation sized baseballs. These
balls weigh within the weight ranges shown to safely and effectively
increase
the velocity of baseball pitches as much as 4 to 6 mph. Proper ball
weight
is KEY to getting the best results!
CAUTION:
Avoid substituting baseballs weighing 7 ounces or more, or
softballs
weighing over 8 ozs. Your body recruits additional motor units (that are
not
ordinarily used in throwing a regular game-weight ball) to propel them.
This
can alter your throwing mechanics and may lead to control problems
and/or
cause injury.
Works
GREAT for Softball Players, too!

Get the best results with your own under, over and regulation weight and
regulation

increase
throwing velocity as much as 4 to 6 mph.
ATTENTION SOFTBALL PLAYERS:
This training increases velocity for both
overhand
AND underhand throwing. While there are differences in technique between
fastpitch
pitching and overhand throwing, this program works because it is NOT
dependent on
throwing mechanics. The muscles and tendons used in both types of
throwing are
strengthened and developed by the same training principles. These
conditioning effects occur regardless of the type of throw being made.
Using the "over-weight" ball develops Strength-Endurance, and the
"under-weight" ball Arm-OverSPEED, or moving a joint more quickly
through its range of motion. Developing both of these characteristics increases
throwing strength & velocity while reducing the chance of arm injury.

"She has had some 58 mph pitches as a 14 year old."
Steve,
She has pitched really well and has thrown 2 no hitters this year so
far
and is working really hard. We used your training manual along with your
three weighted softball workout throughout the winter... The workout
helped
her pick up her speed. As a 12 year old, she has been timed with radar with a 12" ball at
50 mph. She has been timed with the 11" ball which is for league use at
53 mph."
UPDATE:
"I have not talked to you in a while, but things here have been going pretty good. My daughter is getting ready to start high school fall ball and will be playing 16u next summer. She played 14u the past two years and has had two really good seasons. She is the little girl that used your weighted ball program and got her speed up to 51 mph as a 12 year old, and now.
