Training Consulting By Phone
and Email
The physical demands of baseball and softball are unique from other sports. Don't make the mistake of training like a football player, or using the latest routine from some bodybuilding magazine. If you're ready to train properly for your game and take your on-field performance to the next level, we can help!
Discuss any aspect of baseball or softball-specific strength and conditioning, including:
Testing/Evaluation - The foundation for program design and a personalized exercise prescription.
Resistance Training - Program design includes General, Special, and Specific lifts of particular benefit for ball players. No guesswork - sets, reps, rest periods, the amount of weight to be lifted - every detail is covered. With both weights (barbells/dumbbells) and/or body weight.
Power/Plyometrics - After a sufficient foundation of strength is developed, it's time for power work. Perform the right kind that translates directly to improved on-field performance - upper and lower body!
Flexibility - Upper body, lower body, and rotator cuff. Done in the right way and at the right time, this can help increase performance and reduce chance of injury.
Running/Conditioning - Properly train the energy system actually used (Phosphagen/alactic - anaerobic) on the field by ball players and watch your ability to perform longer - at your highest intensity - skyrocket.
Running Speed - To run faster, improve aspects of running mechanics such as stride length and stride frequency.
Training Methods to Increase Throwing Velocity - Any player can improve their arm throwing strength and ability with my Specialized OverLOAD/OverSPEED Training.
Nutrition/Supplements - Are they necessary? Which ones, and how much? How about just eating a good, well-rounded diet? These questions and more are answered to enhance this vital aspect of performance improvement.
Getting "Bigger" - Been told you're too small or too weak? Here's how to safely and effectively put on size and strength - no weird food, drugs or supplements required.
Training Methods to Increase Bat Speed/Hitting Power - Want to start really crushing the ball? Just six weeks of my specialized training will make a noticeable difference in your ability to make hard, consistent contact.

"Just wanted to update you on Dave's progress since he started on your throwing velocity and strength/conditioning program along with the nutritional supplements. Six weeks into it, he has put on 8 lbs. There is absolutely no comparison between Dave now and when he was pitching in high school. Your programs have moved Dave into the fast lane toward his ultimate goal." Dave Jensen, Whittier, CA |

"Michelle
has been doing very well. Her
coach is impressed with her routine and could not believe the shape
she's in.
Last year at this time, she weighed 160 lbs; down to 140 now. Coaches
named her a co-captain, the first junior captain ever for Abington High
School."
