Nutritional Supplements Return Policy

 

    

If you are not completely satisfied with your nutritional products purchase you will be given a full refund subject to the following terms:

1)  Shipping charges are not reimbursable.  Orders placed with free shipping will receive refunds less the cost of that original free shipping. 

2)  Call us at 405.373.3253 prior to shipping your return to explain your dissatisfaction and to obtain return authorization. All product containers with remaining product must be returned to Baseball Fit at customer expense before a refund can be issued for accounting and anti-fraud purposes.

3)  All returns will be subject to a 10% non-refundable fee to offset credit card transaction costs

4)  Returns must be shipped back to the address above within 30 days of purchase. We advise that you insure all shipments.

5)  Refunds for any nutritional product will only be issued for first time consumers. Repeat orders of any nutritional product are not refundable.
