How Ball Players Should Use These Supplements

 

 

100% MR (Muscle Recovery) – Anti catabolic

Routine Use: Minimum of 1 scoop 100% MR should be used daily mixed with water and/or protein powder.

Training Use: Minimum of 1 scoop 30 minutes prior to training, practice or game.

During game: Minimum of 1 scoop in cold water. Use as energy drink, as much as required, during entire game.

Post Training/Recovery:  2-4 scoops immediately after. No later than 30 minutes post-exercise.

Before bed: Minimum 1 scoop in water.

Use MR as an Anti-Catabolic snack between meals and before bed for rapidly improved recovery and body composition development. 

MS (Muscle Synthesis) Anabolic

Routine Use: 5-10 capsules between meals. Can be taken with a scoop of 100% MR, ideally on an empty stomach. Can be taken with meals.

Training Use: 10 caps 30 minutes before training.

Post Training/Recovery: 10 caps immediately after, no later than 30 minutes post-workout. For best results, combine with 2-4 scoops MR.

Alpha-Omega M3  Anti-inflammatory

Routine Use: 1 capsule, 3 times daily, with meals.

Post training/game:  3 capsules

ATX Supplement - various vitamins, minerals and assorted nutrients of specific value to ball players

Routine Use: 1 tablet, 3 times/day.

OR

Training Use: 3 tabs 30 minutes prior to workout.


1) Drink MR anytime during the day, during workouts, after workouts.

2) Take 5 MS caps, 1 Omega cap with meals.

3) 30 minutes Pre-Workout: 3 ATX tabs, 1 scoop MR in water, 10 caps MS.

4) Immediately Post workout: 2-4 scoops MR; 10 caps MS; 3 caps Omega 3s.

5) Before bed, minimum 1 scoop MR.
